Сонымен қатар бастауыш партия ұйымының төрағасы А.Утебаев партия мүшелерімен бірге партиялық жобалары аясында өткізілген шараларына тоқталып өтті. Шара барысында жаңадан партия мүшелерінің қатары толығып, партия ұйымы мүшелерінің ұсыныс-тілектері тыңдалды.
